There are several types of appointments available:
1) Initial chat - usually a 30 minute chat on Zoom
2) 55 minute coaching session on Zoom
2) 90 minutes coaching session for Zoom
3) Face to Face Coaching - These are usually 2 hour coaching sessions scheduled in Central London. They have a time buffers either side of the appointment to allow for travel.
4) Full Day Session - these are ideal for training days
Please choose the session you want to schedule. I get notified by email when you book. If it's a Zoom session I will send you a session-time Zoom link. If you are an international client you will be asked to schedule a time in your time zone, but relax, the conversion will appear in GMT on my schedule. :)
